Our concept

At Yuki Yama, every dish tells a story, and that story begins with our idea of bringing the cuisines of Asia together under one roof. Our chefs get inspired by the streets of Bangkok, the food markets of Hanoi and the izakayas of Tokyo and translate those impressions into a menu that excites and surprises. It is a concept where tradition meets creativity, with dishes made to share and experience together. In this way, an evening at Yuki Yama is more than food.
